Cell Handler

 

The Cell Handler offers a new gentle, rapid solution for the  isolation of single cells or individual spheroids, organoids, or tissue samples.    Yamaha's advanced, high speed robotic technologies enables the Cell Handler to rapidly image cells or spheroids from a source vessel, automatically identify individual objects, gently aspirate a single cell or spheroid utilizing a disposable tip pipettor, and dispense it into a destination plate.   Objects are automatically selected based on user selectable parameters. The Cell Handler is the perfect solution for adding a single similarly sized spheroid to every well of a microplate, for clone selection,  or isolating cells for single cell sequencing. Automatic Imaging of both the source and destination vessel  provides verifiable results.
